KTEP program support Christopher and Michael are supported by other Partnerwerks staff, and by the people who researched and developed KTEP, namely... Robert Marshall BSc, MPubPol - One of Australias leading authorities on leadership and organizational development, Robert is a Director of Marshall Lowther Consulting Pty Ltd. and an Associate Professor at Melbourne Business School, The University of Melbourne, where he teaches in the MBA program and undertakes research on teams and leadership. Robert is also a member of the Board of the Leadership Consortium Inc., which comprises representatives of Australia's major companies in a cooperative venture to provide development opportunities for the nation's emerging leaders. Jane Lowther BA(Hons), MBA - Jane is co-developer of KTEP and specializes her consulting practice in providing career planning advice and personal coaching for high achievers in professional organizations. Jane was formerly Manager, Leadership Development with CSIRO, Australia (Australia's largest R&D organization). While there, her responsibilities included the design of individual career and management development programs for the organization's future leaders. In addition, she provided a range of consulting services for CSIRO in the areas of strategic planning, team building senior executive coaching and change management.
