The KTEP results are reported in both text and graphic formats.
Text report
The text report gives you...
| |
 |
aggregated team scores
for each of the factors, |
| |
 |
a custom interpretation
of what the results mean, |
| |
 |
how your team compares
with other high- and low-performing teams in our database, and |
| |
 |
specific suggestions about
to improve your team's performance. |
Graphical reports
You also receive two graphical reports with
your KTEP assessment. The first graph shows how the team scored
on the 17 effectiveness factors, and compares these ratings to the
best & worst performing teams in the KTEP database. It also
shows you how much agreement (or disagreement) there is on your
team about the various factors.

Each team member also receives a personalized
graph, similar to the one above, that shows how his or her scores
compare to the rest of the team's scores. This is particularly useful
for identifying where an individual's perceptions are way out-of-line
with those of the rest of the team.
But where to focus?
KTEP makes that easy to answer. The second graph
gives your team's results in a way that shows you the most important
things to focus on to have a major impact on team effectiveness.
When you combine this chart with the textual report with its performance
suggestions and custom interpretation, you'll know where
to focus your team development efforts!
